SS-1H Emulsion

A slow-setting grade of emulsion used primarily for tack coats. It’s a stable emulsion and can generally be applied at full strength or diluted with water for viscosity reduction or to meet other requirements. This emulsion consists of three basic ingredients: paving asphalt, water and emulsifying agent.
